Once you are successfully registered you will receive on your email address the confirmation of your registration.
Each accepted paper must have at least one of its authors registered with a Full Conference Registration: Non-Students (Early Fee: 620,00 EUR until October 31st, Regular Fee: 720,00 EUR from November 1st).
Early fees apply until October 31st.

- The registration of participation is binding.
- If you have to cancel the registration, you receive 70% of the registration fee back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
- Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
