Registration

The registration desk is open from Wednesday, November 29th, 8:00, in the lobby of the hotel ”Grauer Bär”.

Please register to PROFES 2017 conference by filling in the requested data in the registration form: https://shop.ocg.at/en/events/profes-2017.html

Once you are successfully registered you will receive on your email address the confirmation of your registration.

Full conference fee includes access to workshops and tutorials, 2-day conference, conference package, conference reception and dinner, coffee breaks and 3 x lunches.

Each accepted paper must have at least one of its authors registered with a Full Conference Registration: Non-Students (Early Fee: 620,00 EUR until October 31st, Regular Fee: 720,00 EUR from November 1st).

Early fees apply until October 31st.

Only the online registration is possible.

Registration Policy:

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • If you have to cancel the registration, you receive 70% of the registration fee back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The conference program may be subject to changes.
  • Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
