Tuesday (Nov 28) evening: optional joint visit of Christmas market
Join us on Tuesday evening to visit the Christmas market. It is located in the heart of Innsbruck, just a few minutes away from the conference hotel Grauer Bär. We will together enjoy a glass of traditional, Tyrolean Glühwein in a great atmosphere! We meet at 18:00 in the lobby of Grauer Bär hotel. Don’t be late!
Wednesday (Nov 29) evening: Reception in Grauer Bär hotel
The opening reception starts on Wednesday, November 29th at 18:00 in the winter garden of the conference hotel Grauer Bär. We celebrate the conference opening with a traditional Glühwein, roasted chestnuts and great selection of a delicious Tyrolean food. Moreover, during the reception you will have an opportunity to check your knowledge about Innsbruck and the region of Tyrol. Be prepared for a quiz!
Thursday (Nov 30) evening: conference dinner at Villa Blanka
The great, Tyrolean food buffet, traditional music and outstanding views on Innsbruck, this is what you can expect on Thursday, November 30th in the evening time. We meet at 18:15 outside the Grauer Bär hotel and travel together with the Hungerburg Funicular (cable tram) in the direction of Hungerburg to reach the restaurant Villa Blanka.
Friday (Dec 1) evening: optional joint dinner at Stiftskeller
If you stay over the weekend to enjoy skiing or other leisure facilities, join us for a dinner in the traditional Stiftskeller: http://www.stiftskeller.eu/en/news-from-the-stiftskeller.html. We meet at 18:30 in the lobby of the conference hotel Grauer Bär. The dinner is own your own expenses.
Saturday (Dec 2): optional joint skiing day
Saturday is coming and in the Tyrol this is a sport time!! If you like skiing and you prefer to spend your weekend actively in the mountains, we invite you to join us for a joint skiing day at Stubai Glacier: https://www.stubaier-gletscher.com/en/. It is possible to rent skiing equipment onsite to have fun on the Stubai slops. The skiing day is own your own expenses.
